Kinecta Financial & Insurance Services, the CUSO of the $3-billion Kinecta Federal Credit Union, recently won the 2003 CUSO of the Year Award-Best Practices Recognition from the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO).
Nader Moghaddam, president of Kinecta Financial & Insurance Services and senior vice president-sales & operations for Kinecta Federal Credit Union, accepted the award in ceremonies at NACUSO's 2003 Fall Leadership Roundtable in Baltimore, Maryland.
Criteria for CUSO of the Year were leadership; strategic planning; member and market focus; process management; integration; and business results. Kinecta Financial & Insurance Services is the service organization of Kinecta Federal Credit Union.
Joining Moghaddam were Leonard Gzesh, COO, Kinecta Financial & Insurance Services, CUSO Board members Darryl Johnson, (Chair), Janet Sparrow and John Tessier, and Kinecta CU board member Paul James.
