The deal gives Landmark new branches in Beaver Dam, Juneau, Mayville and Fall River, and an additional field of membership that includes all of Columbia, Marquette and Fond du Lac counties. Dodge Central also has an in-school branch at Beaver Dam High School.

The fast-growing credit union had four mergers in 2011 and is in the process of adding the operations of $190-million Hartford (Wis.) Savings Bank, one of the growing number of bank acquisitions by credit unions.
