HAMPTON, Va. – A man believed to have robbed Langley FCU on Dec, 27 walked into the police station and turned himself in Wednesday.
Chad Howard, 27, told police too many people were looking for him after his photo from a surveillance camera at the credit union was broadcast around the area.
