LAREDO, Texas – Laredo FCU announced that Javier Moctezuma has retiring as CEO, after nine years.
During that time, Moctezuma build the credit union to $133 million in assets from $80 million, added two new branches and numerous ATMs throughout the city.
Moctezuma says he plans to travel and spend more time with family.
