LBS Financial CU Adds FICS Next-Gen Loan Producer

LONG BEACH, Calif. – LBS Financial CU has implemented Financial Industry Computer Systems’ updated version of Loan Producer with streamlined loan file workflow and user interface.

"As we migrated to the latest platform, the responsiveness of FICS' customer service department underscored one of many reasons we have remained a long-time customer,” said Elizabeth Conrado, vice president, residential lending, for the $1.1 billion credit union.

Loan Producer, a fully automated LOS built on the .NET Framework, provides lenders of all sizes with comprehensive underwriting, compliance and closing functions within a MicrosoftWindows Presentation Foundation user interface. The software is also fully compliant with Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization standards, to support any third-party services that meet the association’s requirements for certain transaction sets.
