The idea of using gasoline as a promotional tool is growing as the price of gas rises. The $83-million Fiberglas Credit Union here has rolled out a promotion in conjunction with Englefield Oil/ Duke and Duchess that offers $100 in free gas to any member who finances their vehicle through the credit union. Fiberglas FCU already partners with Duke and Duchess by offering members no surcharge ATMs at 54 Duke and Duchess Shoppes in the state of Ohio through the Halo Network.
