RALEIGH, N.C. – Local Government Employees FCU has implemented ATCOM Business Solutions’ Voice over Internet Protocol system.
ATCOM created a networked Mitel 3300 VoIP solution with full redundant failover to a hardened remote facility for the $1.1 billion credit union. ATCOM also replaced a Cisco core network and switch infrastructure with a new HP solution.
The package included unified messaging, contact center reporting and management, teleworking, enterprise voice recording, soft phone technology and fax services.
