MARION, Ohio - (06/08/05) -- A Marion man was sentenced to 13years in prison for last year's armed robbery at Marion CommunityCU. Mark Smith, 46, was sentenced to nine years for aggravatedrobbery, plus four eyars for three counts of kidnapping for holdingthe tellers hostage while he forced them to give him $9,180 fromtheir drawers. Smith was given six months credit for time servedsince he has been held in a Florida jail since his arrest inDecember.
