The $10-million project is being aided by up to $160,000 in tax incentives from the Kentucky Economic Development Authority.

The $600-million credit union closed on the purchase of the property on Aug. 22. Officials expect to start construction some time early in November.

The project was designed by Cincinnati-based K4 Architecture LLC; the general contractor is Louisville’s Kelley Construction Inc.; and construction is expected to be completed at the end of next year.
