AUBURN, Me. - (10/11/05) -- The Maine CU League, which hasraised millions of dollars through its annual Campaign for EndingHunger, has teamed with the Good Shepherd Food Bank to deliver fooddirectly to the state's needy. The league and the food bank havelaunched a 'Food Mobile,' which will deliver food to all of thestate's 16 counties. The credit union league donated $15,000 toequip the mobile effort. The Food Mobile can transport more than7,000 tons of food at one time.
