AUSTIN, Texas Malauzai Software has introduced a mobile banking app for iPad devices.
Malauzai said its iPad SmartApp takes advantage of the larger tablet screen to introduce enhanced navigation capabilities to the mobile banking experience. Accounts are now displayed on scrolling tiles instead of lists, and users can have more than one workspace open at a time. For instance, users can view transaction history while making a transfer.
“To us, tablet apps should be an expansion of mobile banking capabilities, not a replication of existing mobile phone apps,” said Robb Gaynor, chief product officer of Malauzai. “As account holders move away from accessing their data on desktop computers, we want to ensure that they have a unique and streamlined experience through the iPad.”
