Maryland’s HCTA FCU Names New CEO

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. – HCTA FCU said Janet Oursler, who has served as interim CEO after the illness of longtime President Lorraine Malinowski, now is permanent head of the $17 million credit union.

Oursler was hired at the credit union, which serves employees of the Howard County Public School System, in 1976. Before then she worked as assistant CEO/loan officer at St. Agnes Employee’s FCU in nearby Baltimore.

Malinowski retired effective Dec. 31.
