LINTHICUM, Md. State Employees’ CU of Maryland yesterday said it contracted with CU Realty Services to provide members a full range of home-buying services.
SECU has branded its new program “Homebuying360.”
“Partnering with CU Realty Services represents a tremendous opportunity for SECU to expand beyond simply offering home loans to our members,” said Kevin Kesecker, vice president of lending for the $2.6-billion credit union. “Homebuying360 allows us to support the entire real estate transaction, from start to finish.”
SECU said its members will have access to several resources, including:
Comprehensive homebuyer education and resources
MLS research access for searching properties and neighborhoods
A referral list of pre-screened, experienced Realtors
Various home loan options with no application or processing fees
Rebates at closing, averaging $1,500
