MONTGOMERY, Ala. – MAX FCU contributed $25,000 to MANE, a local program that uses horse riding to aid the physically disabled.
MANE said it provides safe and effective therapeutic riding and equine assisted activities for children and adults with disabilities. The experience provides aggressive therapeutic intervention, using the horse as a medium to improve the quality of life for kids.
MANE is a fully accredited North American Riding for the Handicapped Association riding center. MANE’s 44-acre facility features an outdoor riding ring, 12-stall barn with indoor arena, a three-acre, state-of-the-art sensory integration trail, and an administration area.
