Member One FCU Names New CEO

ROANOKE, Va. – Member One FCU yesterday announced it has hired Frank Carter, the senior vice president for Grow FCU, as its new president and CEO.

Carter will succeed Dick Williams, the 36-year-old credit union’s only CEO. Williams is retiring at the end of the month from the $350 million institution.

As a senior executive at Grow FCU, Carter was responsible for the $1.8 billion credit union’s marketing and community involvement. Carter helped build the brand strategy when the Tampa, Fla., institution was transformed from MacDill FCU.
