Members 1st FCU Adds Two More Branches

MECHANICSBURG, Penn. – Members 1st FCU, Pennsylvania’s third-largest credit union, is opening two branches in nearby Lancaster this fall and hopes to open a third next year.

Its first branch here will open Oct. 27 inside Lancaster Shopping Center's Giant supermarket, now closed for renovations. The in-store branch office will employ five to six people.

The second location will be at a former Susquehanna Bank branch, vacant since last fall, and will have 10 employees.

The credit union has $1.8 billion in assets and serves 175,000 members at 44 branches in five counties – Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon and York.
