Members 1st FCU Gets Naming Rights For School Library

MECHANICSBURG, Penn. – The Mechanicsburg Area school board voted Tuesday to name the Mechanicsburg Middle School library for Members 1^st FCU.

The move will result in a plaque outside the library acknowledging the credit union’s contribution to the Wildcat Foundation.

The foundation, which is unaffiliated with the district but works to benefit the schools and community, offered contributors naming rights to various areas in the district such classrooms, depending on the amount donated. It is not clear how much of a contribution the credit union made in exchange for the naming rights.
