The $300 million credit union also purchased Harland Financial’s UltraData Enterprise CRM, Cavion Internet Banking, Cavion Voice Banking, Cavion Mobile Banking, Cavion Bill Pay and ActiveView Content Management.
Harland Financial is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp., which also owns Harland Clarke, Scantron and Faneuil.
