Mennonite Financial FCU Changes Name To Everence FCU

LANCASTER, Penn. – Mennonite Financial FCU and Mennonite Mutual Aid (MMA) have adopted a unified identity – Everence.

The $125-million CU’s new name is Everence FCU, and affiliated entities (formerly MMA) are now Everence Financial and Everence Financial Advisors.

According to Everence FCU CEO Kent Hartzler, the changes were made to help people “make financial decisions that are rooted in faith and values through credit union, insurance, and financial services. Our names have changed, but people will work with the same trusted staff and representatives as before. We are highlighting our faith-based approach of working with people that is different than other firms.”

Everence helps individuals, organizations, and congregations integrate finances with faith through a national team of advisors and representatives at the CU’s corporate office, and at more than 30 Everence retail locations across the U.S.
