TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo Area Community CU said it has completed its combination with Erie Shores CU, creating the state’s fourth-largest credit union, now known as Directions CU.

Members of the $525-million credit union will have access to nine branch locations in the Toledo area, 11 branches in central Ohio, and more than 3,200 credit union locations nationwide through a shared branching network.
The credit union has 85,000 members and serves anyone in Wood, Fulton, Lucas, Huron, Ashland, Richland, Wayne, and Tuscarawas Counties.
