Merger To Create Large Minn. CU

ST. PAUL, Minn. - St. Paul FCU said it has agreed to merge with Capital Trust FCU, creating one of the largest credit unions in the Twin Cities with almost $140 million in assets.

Capital Trust FCU, with almost $47 million in assets, reported $270,000 in losses for 2007.
