MIAMI – Well-known credit union attorney Michael Lozoff and his partner at Adorno & Yoss have left the firm to start a credit union practice at Shutts & Bowen, one of the city’s top firms.
Bowman Brown, a partner at Shutts & Bowen and chairman of the firm’s executive committee, said in a news release the two "will add experience and depth" to the firm’s focus on financial services.
Lozoff, who serves as general counsel to numerous credit unions in Florida and other states, will chair the firm’s new Credit Union Practice Group. Boiko has represented clients in state and federal credit unions, as well as in real estate, business and commercial transactions.
