GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Xtend Inc. said it has signed two west coast credit unions to its Xtension Call Center for inbound member support calls.
The two credit unions are United Advantage NW FCU, a $43 million Portland credit union, and Puget Sound FCU, a $27 million credit union in Seattle.
The two credit unions represented Xtend’s first inbound clients who work with CU*NorthWest, the Spokane-based data processing CUSO, as their core data processor.
