LIVONIA, Mich. Co-Op Services CU has agreed to acquire Rivers Edge Community CU, a healthy $95-million credit union located in the Downriver community of Allen Park.
The combination will create a credit union with more than $510 million in assets serving more than 61,000 members at 12 branches.
Regulatory and member approval is expected before Jan. 1.
