MidFlorida FCU Acquires Two Real Estate Companies

LAKELAND, Fla . – MidFlorida FCU said its real estate CUSO, MidFlorida Real Estate Sales LLC, has acquired two independent real estate companies, expanding its reach in the local market.

The two acquisitions are: Mary M. Myers Realty Inc. of Auburndale and C.S. Edwards Realty Inc. of Lake Placid and Sebring.
The acquisitions allow MidFlorida Real Estate Sales LLC to develop its presence in Polk and Highlands counties. The company currently has five Polk County locations and two Highlands County locations.

The CUSO enables the $1.3 billion credit union to offer the entire home buying experience, including sales, mortgage lending, title work and homeowners insurance - from listing to closing - under one roof.
