LAKELAND, Fla. – MidFlorida FCU said yesterday it has agreed to acquire A. H. Realty, a full service residential real estate broker, and will rename it MidFlorida Real Estate Sales.

Andy Hernandez, principal of A.H. Realty, has been named president of MidFlorida Real Estate Sales.
The acquisition means MidFlorida will offer all real estate services including sales, mortgage lending, title work and homeowner’s insurance.
MidFlorida will operate the business out of the current Lakeland offices and will open in existing credit union branches in Lakeland and Sebring.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
