USERS Inc. hosted more than 420 attendees at its EdCon 2004, the company's 21st annual educational conference. The meeting at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach in California focused on "Winning Together." EdCon is one of two annual meetings that bring USERS' credit union clients together to share best practices, network with their peers, and learn about the technologies that can help them succeed, the company noted.
The meeting featured two guest speakers: Michael Staver, CEO of the Staver Group, who spoke on "Leadership Strategies for Creating Winning Teams," and guest speaker Terence Roche, principal of Cornerstone Advisors, who shared his views on "Emerging Trends in the Credit Union Industry." EdCon 2004 offered 27 different conference sessions on a wide range of technology offerings, and also included sessions that previewed the latest enhancements to USERS' most widely adopted solutions. The 2005 User Group Meeting, to be held April 20-22 in Baltimore.
