WASHINGTON Mortgage were little changed this week, holding near all-time lows, according to Freddie Mac.
The average for the benchmark 30-year home loan inched up this week to 3.52%, from 3.51% last week; while the average for the 15-year mortgage remained unchanged at 2.76%.
ARM rates were mixed, with the average for the five-year ARM rising slightly to 2.63% this week, from a record low of 2.61% last week; and the average for the one-year ARM dipping to 2.63%, from 2.64%.
