WASHINGTON – Long-term mortgage rates held near their all-time lows this week, according to Freddie Mac.
The average for the benchmark 30-year, fixed-rate loan was unchanged this week at 3.87%; while the average for the 15-year mortgage inched up to 3.16%, from 3.14% last week.
Meanwhile, ARM rates moved up from their record lows, with the average for the five-year ARM rising to 2.83%, from 2.80%; and the average for the one-year ARM moving to 2.78% this week, from 2.76% last week.
