VIENNA, Va. – Navy FCU announced it has signed with Jobs2Web to implement the company’s Web 2.0 technology for hiring.
Jobs2Web's Web 2.0 recruiting solutions help companies drive talent directly to their career sites online from major search engines such as Google, and social networking giants like Facebook. It also uses job matching and emailing systems to increase the internal marketing of openings within any company.
Jobs2Web is based in Minneapolis.
Neither company would say how many patents the deal covers, whether either paid the other, or whether USAA pressed its claims first.
