CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Navy Army FCU has implement Financial Management Solutions' Teller Management System at its ten branches.
The $1-billion credit union has effectively utilized the TMS workforce optimization application to help them adjust retail branch staffing levels to be more in-line with member traffic patterns.
When Navy Army implemented the outsourced teller management software application, they were able to identify and quantify inefficiencies in their branch network through detailed monthly reports. Many of their branches were overstaffed during times when their traffic patterns were extremely low. The reports showcased this and provided management with the associated impact on non-interest operating expenses.
