ATLANTA – Compris Technologies Inc., a wholly owned unit of NCR Corp., announced it has joined with ViVOtech to introduce contactless payment systems for drive-thrus, the diner’s table and the front counter of retailers. The systems use Compris’ point-of-sale software in combination with ViVOpay’s Dtm drive-thru terminal; ViVOpay Dine portable terminal for payment at the diner’s table; and ViVOpay 4000 contactless payment terminal for the cash register. The new systems are being displayed this week at the 2006 International Foodservice Technology Expo in Long Beach, Calif.
