ALEXANDRIA, Va. - (11/28/05) When the NCUA board meets here onTuesday it will be with its full complement of three members forthe first time in nearly a year. New board members Rodney E. Hoodand Gigi Hyland will join with Chairman JoAnn Johnson for themeeting at the agencys headquarters. At NCUAs mostrecent meeting, Johnson was the lone member. On the agenda: finalrules on post-employment restrictions for certain NCUA examiners,an interim final rule and request for comment on Part 707 of theagency's Truth in Savings rules, a request from a federal creditunion to convert to a community charter, NCUAs operatingbudget for 2006/07, the overhead transfer rate, and the operatingfee scale for 2006.
