NCUA issued prohibition orders in August against two individuals.
Linda Juhan and Karen Zunk-Wolf received the orders from the NCUA and will be prohibited from participating in the affairs of any financial institution that is federally insured.
Juhan agreed to the order to avoid the time and expense of administrative litigation, according to a news release from the NCUA. She previously was affiliated with or employed by IBEW Community Federal Credit Union in Beaumont, Texas.
Zunk-Wolf received the order after pleading guilty to theft. She has received a five-year probation and must pay more than $10,000 in restitution. She was previously an employee of YS Federal Credit Union in Yellow Springs, Ohio, and served as the credit union's chief executive for 12 years until September 2012, according to
