NCUA has developed a series of videos designed to help credit union board members.

The video series will cover topics including how to develop a sound governance program, the traits of effective and ineffective chairmen and how to evaluate and support credit union management.
The series will also help directors with case studies that show the types of issues that leadership faces.
"I encourage both new and experienced credit union directors to watch this series; I think they will find it offers good advice aimed at helping them to be better leaders," NCUA Chairman Debbie Matz said in a news release.
