NCUA Tests New Website

NCUA is soliciting feedback from credit union industry stakeholders as it previews a new version of the agency's public website.

The new website's design was based on previous stakeholder input and features improved mobile responsiveness and navigation. The website revamp fulfills a goal of NCUA Chairman Debbie Matz, who sought to better online communication with stakeholders.

"One of my top priorities has been improving communications with stakeholders, and improving the online experience has been an important element of this goal," Matz said in a statement. "The new website was developed with that goal in mind, so we've made it more intuitive and accessible. Whether the website is viewed on a smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, users should be able to quickly navigate and find the information they need."

NCUA will continue to tweak the website during its preview period — refining the site and adding new features. The agency encourages users to send comments on the website preview via email to ncuapreview@ncua.gov. During the beta testing, the agency's main website, ncua.gov, will continue to be the correct source for NCUA news and information until the new website is formally launched later in the year.
