ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New Mexico Educators FCU yesterday said it has implemented NEC’s Unified Solution’s IP-based UNIVERGE unified communications application.
The system consists of the UNIVERGE NEAX 2400 IPX with FUSION Call Control Signaling, which allows the system to network between offices.
The $900 million credit union had been using NEC’s UNIVERGE NEA 2400 digital PBX system since the 1980s.
The bank was determined, by multiple industry rankings and experts, to be the best mobile banking provider in the U.S.. Bank of America took second place.
