MADISON, Wis.-The CUNA Operations, Sales & Service (OpSS) Council has published a paper on developing business services capabilities for entrepreneur members titled "Implementing Business Services." The paper focuses on the business services side of operations and suggests many small business owners are also in search of an institution they can trust. The paper examines numerous steps involved in offering the service.

Count On Corporate Forum Speaker
DALLAS-Kathleen Cooper, who served as Under Secretary for Economic Affairs of the U.S. Department of Commerce from 2001 to 2005, when she oversaw the Bureau of the Census and the Bureau of Economic Analysis, will be among the speakers to Southwest Corporate FCU's Economic Forum. Cooper will speak to the challenges involved in creating a statistical portrait of the U.S. and how changes made to the process boosted participation. The meeting is scheduled for Oct. 26.
