Radian, Prime Alliance Integrate PHILADELPHIA-Radian Guaranty Inc., the mortgage insurance subsidiary of Radian Group Inc., announced its integration with the Prime Alliance loan origination platform, an end-to-end, paperless mortgage technology solution for the credit union industry. The companies said the Prime Alliance platform provides an, "anytime, anywhere, anyone" mortgage lending technology specifically tailored for the CUs. Radian is offering its exclusive Free After Five product through the platform, which allows for automatic mortgage insurance termination after five years, provided the borrower has maintained a good payment history.

PSCU FS Leases Data Center

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-PSCU Financial Services signed a five-year agreement to lease some of its Phoenix data center space to Ongoing Operations, LLC, to support growth from credit unions that are purchasing its disaster recovery/business continuity services. The Phoenix data center will be Ongoing Operations' fourth location.

Capital Educators Joins CUSN

LAKEWOOD, Colo.-Credit Union Service Network said Capital Educators FCU, Meridian, Idaho, has joined shared branching as both an issuer and acquirer. The CU has opened all six of its locations in Idaho as service centers. The CU said member retention was a big factor, as it was closing too many checking accounts because of inconvenient branch locations.
