MEMBERS Trust Up Half-Billion

TAMPA, Fla.–MEMBERS Trust Co. is reporting it now has more than a half-billion dollars under management. Glatt Releases Consulting Solution

WILMINGTON, N.C.–Glatt Consulting has released a new Net Promoter consulting solution for credit unions to help CUs plan for and deploy a comprehensive Net Promoter member satisfaction program, “which for many credit unions could replace more costly member surveys,” the company said. Net Promoter is a system of tracking the overall satisfaction of members, and how likely those people will be to recommend the institution to their friends and family.

Southeast Corp Enhances Product

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.–Southeast Corporate FCU said it has released an enhanced version of its ALMonitor Online, with new features including running reports and accessing archived reports at any time, to analyzing data from any U.S. credit union and conducting peer analysis, to performing interactive gap analysis. “The credit union manages the system itself and only need to input very general cash-flow information via a password-protected website,” said Southeast Corporate.
