IRONDALE, Ala.-Corporate America CU said it will begin offering debit and credit card services to its member credit unions through a new partnership with PSCU Financial Services, St. Petersburg, Fla. The $3.3-billion Corporate America works with more than 400 credit unions in 35 states.

Meridian Link Adds DigitalMailer Service

COSTA MESA, Calif.-MeridianLink and Herndon, Va.-based DigitalMailer said they have entered into a partnership to integrate their online technologies to provide enhanced member communication and survey capabilities for loan origination and online account platforms. LOS ANGELES-CheckAlt Payment Solutions, a Check 21 and remote deposit capture provider, said it will be collaborating with Zipmark, a mobile and online payments company, in a move toward eliminating paper bills and checks.

DES MOINES, Iowa-"Bust-out fraud," when a card applicant with criminal intent applies for credit using a false, partially false or even legitimate identity, then later defaults, is "breaking out in a major way" and card-issuing financial institutions need to pay closer attention to the risk, according to Karen Postma, senior cards risk manager for The Members Group. TMG has issued a white paper on bust-out fraud.
