SFCU Deploys Small Biz Solution
PALO ALTO, Calif.–Stanford FCU became the first credit union to deploy PayLynx for Small Business, a new service offered by PSCU Financial Services. The $800-million credit union migrated its small business accounts that were using the consumer PayLynx platform in December, and rolled out the platform to all small business owners on Feb. 1. A large number of the credit union’s 550 small business accounts are self-employed people within the Stanford University community or consultants to area high tech companies. PayLynx for Small Business is powered by CheckFree and offers enhanced accounts payable functionality with extended remittance, authority levels for security and auditing purposes, and e-bills and alerts/reminders. The CU also launched a quarterly e-newsletter with financial tips and information about business products that will be e-mailed to small business owners.

Rivermark Chooses Code Green
PORTLAND, Ore.–The $375-million Rivermark Community CU has signed with Code Green to implement the company’s CI-750 Content Inspection Appliance to protect data for its 43,000 members. The system will monitor popular Internet communication channels such as member webmail services, and will provide seamless, automated e-mail encryption.
CO-OP Adds To Digital Suite
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.–CO-OP Financial Services said it is now offering a full suite of digital products to capture, proof and clear checks. The products include CO-OP ATM Check Imaging, CO-OP Fast Branch (kiosks) and CO-OP My Deposit (home PC deposit). In addition, the credit union-owned company plans to introduce CO-OP Branch Deposit and CO-OP Retail Deposit later this year. CO-OP said it is aiming to present a full slate of check imaging software, bundling ATM, kiosk, home, branch and retail image processing technologies for credit unions, using the same technology for each touchpoint.
Capital CU Selects OneBridge
INDIANAPOLIS–OneBridge reported that the $200-million Capital Credit Union in Bismarck, N.D. has signed a renewal agreement for Visa credit card processing.
