Transactions Soar At CUSO
WARRENVILLE, Ill.-Balance Sheet Solutions LLC, the broker/dealer and investment advisory CUSO of Members United Corporate FCU, has seen more than a 400% increase in marketable securities transactions and an almost 1,200% increase in jumbo certificate transactions through the third quarter of 2008 over the same period in 2007. Due to its greater market penetration, increased credit union liquidity during the first half of the year and recent market uncertainty during the third quarter, Balance Sheet Solutions executed almost $8 billion dollars in investment transactions for credit unions, it said.
