CO-OP-FS Offers New Service
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.-CO-OP Financial Services has introduced a service intended to free CU staff from daily ATM terminal maintenance chores. A 2007 joint venture between CO-OP and CU Anytime, a New Mexico-based CUSO, created CU ATM Services, which is providing the service.
Included among the CO-OP ATM Management features are: telecom equipment installation coordination, hardware and software management, cash support, deposit processing, and first- and second-line maintenance.

PSCU-FS Care Awards 2 CUs
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-PSCU Financial Services recognized two credit unions that utilize San Dimas, Calif.-based Financial Service Centers Cooperative Inc.'s (FSCC) custom call center services. Beaverton, Ore.-based First Tech CU received the Leadership Award, while Camp Pendleton, Calif.-based Pacific Marine CU was honored with the Service Innovator Award.

CU24, Alaska Option Team Up
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-Credit Union 24 and Alaska Option, two national, CU-owned ATM and POS networks, have signed an agreement for Alaska Option to market the Credit Union 24 network services to Alaska Option customer institutions.

CUES Names PSB Top Supplier
LAKE FOREST, Calif.-PSB has been recognized as the CUES Supplier of the Year.
CUES said it recognizes the top industry vendors annually by assessing the contributions and accomplishments of the respective companies. A 20-person committee selects the top company. PSB was founded in 1991 as a specialty printer with a focus on financial service clients in the Southern California market but now has more than 600 clients across the country.
