NAFCU Offers Enterprise Risk Mngt. Webcast
WASHINGTON-NAFCU will provide credit unions with an overview of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in a May 20 webcast. The webcast, "Credit Union Risk Assessments: The Critical Foundation of an Enterprise Risk Management Program," will broadcast live from 2 to 3:30 p.m. EDT. CUMAnet Partners With HomeSold
BASKING RIDGE, N.Y. Credit Union Mortgage Alliance Network (CUMAnet) has partnered with HomeSold Inc., which will provide additional mortgage resources to CUMAnet client credit unions.
The joint marketing and integration partnership will allow CUMAnet clients to gain access to HomeSold's home buying benefit. Clients can take advantage of CUMAnet's extensive home loan services, as well as HomeSold's extensive network of real estate agents. Homebuyers are eligible to receive a rebate equal to 25% of their real estate commission (excluding properties in Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon and Tennessee due to individual state laws) and will receive a Personal Transaction Assistant to serve as an impartial party throughout the process.
