AFCU Selects KnowledgePortal

AUSTIN, Texas-Amplify FCU selected KnowledgePortal LMS/LCMS to provide on-demand specific training to deliver training to its employees and 40,000 members. KnowledgePortal is a hosted service that lets managers track how employees interact with e-learning, surveys or quizzes, officials said. The Learning Management System/Learning Content and Learning Content Management System allows CUs to publish training content online, deliver it to the right audience and then monitor who is training and the progress they make.

TNB Increases Portfolio

DALLAS-TNB Card Services announced its purchase of four more CU credit card portfolios reaching a total of 125 credit card buyouts. The four portfolios were bought from: APEX Community FCU in Stow, Penn.; NorthRidge Community CU in Hoyt Lakes, Minn.; West Virginia Central CU of Parkersburg, W.V. and Westminster FCU of Westminster, Colo. The purchases are worth more than $3.7 million.

BASKING RIDGE, N.J.-Market USA FCU in Laurel, Maryland joined the Credit Union Mortgage Alliance Network (CUMAnet) for new mortgage products. The $82-million FCU serves SEGs in supermarket chains along the Eastern Seaboard and can now offer online loan applications and 24-hour online account accessibility with payment breakdowns, due dates and year-to-date totals.

NAFCU, CUTS Renew Partnership

WASHINGTON-NAFCU Services Corporation and Credit Union Tax Services (CUTS) announced they have renewed their four-year partnership that had CUTS listed as Nafcu's preferred partner designation for tax preparation services.

NAFCU officials said CUTS offer tax services to more than 1,000 CU partners with CU members historically depositing refunds back into their CU accounts which strengthens member relationships.
