Card Delinquencies Cut By 45%

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-HEW Federal Credit Union of Alexandria, Va., said it used CUCollect from PSCU Financial Services to reduce its three-cycle-plus credit card delinquencies by 45%, or 3.5 basis points. CUCollect is credit union branded, and offers free urgency payments and quality monitoring. Each credit union controls the terms for its cardholders. CUCollect collections makes up to three calls a day from 8 am to 9 pm. Professional operators take all inbound calls, obtain urgency payments over the phone and document account updates. The service makes 10,000 calls per hour, and can touch cardholders up to 20 times per month. PSCU said.

First Data Selects IronKey
