BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – OMNI Community OMNI has purchased 1,000 backpacks and invited members and area students to make donations of school supplies at any of its branches as part of its sixth annual Project Backpack.
As it does every year, OMNI will distribute the backpacks to those children in need throughout it local communities.
Each branch with be collecting something different: the Sturgis office will collect spiral notebooks and crayons, the Three Rivers office will collect erasers and folders, the Kalamazoo office will collect rulers, the Fort Custer office will collect markers, the Capital Ave. office will collect colored pencils, and the Roosevelt office will collect glue and glue sticks.
