ROCK HILL, S.C. -- Family Trust FCU online banking services went down for several hours Wednesday because of human error.
The error affected the credit union’s online banking service, MyBranch Online Banking, MyMobile, and MyTalk, according to the credit union.
The issue affected some accounts, with deposits and withdrawals being posted multiple times,
Members’ accounts were being restored to the proper balance and they will not be charged any non-sufficient fund fees.
The credit union said its data was not been breached or compromised.
