LIVERMORE, Calif. – Operating Engineers FCU on Wednesday said it signed with Integrated Media Management to implement the company’s browser-based FormSpeed solution to collect information and route forms through the proper channel.
The company said FormSpeed will enable the credit union to build custom forms and electronically set the routing path in-house rather than relying on a third-party developer.
According to IMM, FormSpeed has intelligent Wizard-based screens that provide real-time approvals and eliminate operational bottlenecks and potential missed procedural steps. The technology interfaces with an institution's core processor and can send and receive data from both existing systems and third-party applications.
The $775-million credit union is an existing customer using IMM's document presentment application, TotaleAtlas. The addition of FormSpeed will allow the credit union to add true workflow to TotaleAtlas, the company said.
